Freeway Art is a Chicana-fronted bubble grunge band looking for beauty everywhere, especially within. 

Initially formed in Ithaca, NY, Freeway Art now divides their time between Ithaca and Kingston, PA and the Gulf of Mexico. Always on the move, writing upbeat but politically-coded songs, Freeway Art has a unique, dreamy sound that blends reverb-heavy guitars and feminine harmonies to make you feel something.

Freeway Art's constant travels now have them in an RV which they affectionately call Dexter the Tour Bus.  Staunch DIY-ers, they self-record, self-promote, and self-deprecate.
